Getting started

Three things get you fully set up: sign in, link your EA account, and join a club. The third one has a twist most players miss — we call it out below.

1 · Create your account

Your PitchFC identity is your Discord account — sign in with Discord and you're in. There's no separate password to remember, and your Discord name + avatar become your starting profile.

2 · Link your EA account

Linking your EA account is what makes your stats yours. PitchFC reads your real EA Pro Clubs matches, so every goal, assist, and rating on your profile comes from games you actually played — never from anything we invent.

Open account settings — head to your account page once you're signed in.
Pick your platform — PlayStation, Xbox, or PC — so we know where your matches come from.
Verify your EA name — we match it against your Pro Clubs data. Your stats follow your EA profile, not your club, so they stay with you wherever you play.

3 · Join a club

Browse clubs and request to join the one you want. On a casual club you're in instantly; a pro club signs you to a contract first (see the competitive rules).

The step everyone misses

Joining a club here on PitchFC records your membership on the platform. It does notadd you to the club inside EA FC — that's EA's game, and we can't join it for you. To actually play together, you have to request to join the club in-game too:

Open EA FC → Pro Clubs — launch the game and go into the Pro Clubs / Clubs mode.
Search for the club by name — use the exact club name shown on its PitchFC page.
Request to join there — send the in-game join request — a club manager approves it inside EA. Once you're in both places, your matches sync to your PitchFC club.

Joining on PitchFC: Records your membership on the platform — your club page, roster, and competitions. Done from the club's page here.
Joining in EA Pro Clubs: Adds you to the actual in-game squad so you can play matches together. Done inside EA FC → Pro Clubs by searching the club and requesting to join.
